We collect only the data you provide voluntarily through our contact and transport request forms. This includes: • Name and company • Email address and phone number • Origin, destination, and cargo specifications you submit • Any message content you write We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies on this website.

We process your data for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and provide a transport quote. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where a quote leads to a contract, contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4. How Long We Keep It
Enquiry data is retained for 24 months from last contact, after which it is deleted. Data tied to executed transport contracts is retained for 10 years to comply with Slovak tax and accounting law.
5. Who We Share It With
We share data only where strictly necessary to fulfil your request: • Resend (email delivery provider) — to deliver your enquiry to us • Vercel (hosting provider) — runs the form processing • Permit authorities and escort partners — only data needed to execute a specific transport We do not sell, rent, or share your data for marketing purposes.

Form submissions are transmitted over TLS-encrypted connections. Stored data is held on secure servers with access restricted to authorised personnel. We do not store payment information on this website.
